BMS School of Science laboratories are made in accordance to the Northumbria University quality standards. Three state-of-the-art laboratories related to Biochemistry, Haematology, Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Biology and equipped with spectrophotometers, microscopes, safety cabinets, autoclaves, incubators, a haematology analyser, an ELISA reader, a PCR machine and a gel electrophoresis system are some of the amenities present to facilitate undergraduates.
BMS Science students visited the Sri Lanka Institute of Nanotechnology (SLINTEC) located in Horana and attended a one-day seminar. Students were briefed on Nanotechnology in Sri Lanka and the unique opportunities for our students to join the academy for post-graduate education.
